Great coverage, fully waterproof, but a bit on the heavy side

Did not buy through Amazon, but got through a popular deal-a-day site. I used this for a full week back in July at scout camp with my son. It was easy to set up and kept my hammock and gear dry through a couple days of heavy rain. I'm very pleased with the size and quality and will get a lot of use from this going forward.The only downside is the weight. At over 25 ounces, this is definitely better suited to car camping than backpacking.Also, this is essentially a clone/knock-off of the Kelty Noah's Tarp 12, but seems to be a bit lighter. Like the Kelty tarp, there are plenty of well-reinforced tie-out/guy-out points, allowing for a wide range of setups, making this an extremely versatile choice. If not for the bulk and weight, this would be a great EDC tarp.

Set this up today in the yard over my TWD hammock. Looks well built, all the attachment points are reinforced and seem strong. Taking it on a scouting trip to a new hunt area, plan on sleeping a night or two in the hammock with this fly as/if needed. Reason for 4 stars is the guy-ropes are NOT as pictured in the video on the company's web site. They provide no phone number to contact them, only a cheesy form. Let's see how long it takes. I'll update this after my trip if/as needed, and if they ever get back to me. BTW this is being written by the Husband.Update 3/22/18 TWD reached out to me. They r sending me another Rainfly All I have to pay for is shipping. WIll update again when fly gets here and I set it up.
