Contains:
Creatine is an amino acid derivative (acid β-metilguanidinacetico) and its phosphorylated form is involved in the maintenance of cellular energy reserves. Creatine will enhance muscle strength, promotes significantly the size of muscle fibers without increasing coroprei fat or water retention, reduces fatigue, decreasing the production of lactic acid during exercise in the short and long term.
Magnesium cooperates in the development of bones and teeth, stimulates the neuromuscular function and normalizes the heart rate, promotes normal metabolic functions (operates in more than 300 enzymatic reactions), occurs in converting blood sugar into energy and in acid- basis.
Glutamine is an amino acid that is converted to glutamic acid necessary for the formation of GABA and folic acid. Glutamic acid is also an important factor in the metabolic process of energy production, working in conjunction with vitamin B6, niacin (B3) and the magnesium and constitutes a component of the glucose tolerance factor. Glutamine per se contributes to the balancing of the nitrogen organism, decreases the craving for sugar and detoxifies the matrix by cerebral ³ NH groups that may be present.
L-Leucine is an essential amino acid branched chain essential for growth and muscle development. The Iso Leucine, also branched chain essential amino acid (BCAA), is useful in the formation of hemoglobin and thus indirectly contribute to a better oxygenation of tissues.
Maltodextrins are complex sugars derived from corn starch, consisting of tens of glucose units, useful for the integration of sugars during muscular activity of medium and long term.Compared to conventional polymers of glucose, maltodextrins have the characteristic of being smaller and more soluble in water, being more easily digestible and can be assumed during physical activity. The maltodextrins have the advantage of freeing gradually glucose (content in the polymer), thereby ensuring a supply of energy prolonged in time and allow to restore the glycogen stores.
Valine is the third amino acid (together with Leucine and Leucine Iso) group known as branched chain amino acids (BCAA). It is necessary for the normalization of the nitrogen balance in the body, it is vital to mental function, muscle coordination and neurological function.Valine is very important in building muscle tissue as prevents muscle wasting and promotes recovery.
β-carotene is the most biologically active caroteneoide of vitamin A (retinol or Axeroftol). Has an effective antioxidant action and is in a position to prevent the oxidation of vitamin C. One molecule of β-carotene is able to eliminate up to 1,000 molecules of singlet oxygen. Action scavenger of free radicals is associated with the activity enhancement of the immune response. In fact, the β-carotene has been shown to be able to enhance the activity of NK cells, T and B lymphocytes
Potassium is one of the minerals most represented in the human body: about 99% of this element is located in the cells. The potassium participates in the transmission of nerve impulses, muscle contraction, skeletal and, above all, cardiac, to energy production, the synthesis of nucleic acids, the carbohydrate metabolism and acid-base equilibrium.
Taurine is an amino acid (albeit with different chemical structure from amino acids) that is actively involved in numerous physiological functions related neural activity, and the activity of the nervous system of pulse-contraction of the neuro-muscular system in general, acting as regulator of electrical activity of cell membranes by optimizing the nutrients incoming and outgoing waste substances from the cells themselves. Another important property of Taurine is its ability to exert a powerful detoxifying substances metabolic waste accumulated during workouts and intense efforts. In sports integration with Taurine has a beneficial effect on cardiac muscle contractility and physical recovery.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), in the form of thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP), constitutes the coenzyme that intervenes in the oxidative decarboxylation of α-keto acids such as pyruvic acid and the acid α-ketoglutaric, and in similar reactions involving elimination dioxide carbon associated with oxidation. In association with adenosine triphosphate form the Co-enzyme A need for metabolic functions. Thiamin maintains regular functions of the nervous system, muscles and heart and prevents fatigue.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is required for the synthesis of two coenzymes, FAD (flavin adenine dinucleotide) and FMN (Flavin mononucleotide) necessary for the degradation of various substrates (fatty acids, purines, ...) and in particular involved in reactions of oxidation-reduction entering, thus, become part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. Vitamin B2 is an activator of pyridoxine (vitamin B6). So riboflavin promotes the use of food energy, maintains healthy mucous membrane, respiratory, digestive and blood vessels in combination with vitamin A, maintains the integrity of the nervous system, skin and exerts antioxidant, action.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) joins as a coenzyme, a large number of enzymes involved in numerous reactions of essential importance in the synthesis and catabolism of amino acids. It is also necessary for the δ-aminolevulinic acid sintei from succinyl-CoA and glycine, which is the first step in the synthesis of porphyrins and heme then. And to promote the formation of red blood cells, Pyridoxine stimulates brain function, maintain electrolyte balance and homeostasis, regulates the excretion of water and participates in the construction and repair of muscles.
Vitamin B12 (antipernicioso factor or extrinsic factor of Castle) is a complex molecule that contains certain substances such as cyanocobalamin, the idrossicianocobalamina, the nitritocobalamina, the acquocobalamina, methylcobalamin (methyl-B12) and 5'-desossiadenosilcobalamina (coenzyme B12). The Vitamin B12 acts as a coenzyme to adjust the synthesis of DNA; promotes a regular metabolism of fats and carbohydrates and protein synthesis; favors the regular development of red blood cells, the myelin production and maintenance of the regular function of the nervous system.
Vitamin C (ascorico acid) is necessary for the metabolism of phenylalanine, tyrosine, folic acid, iron. Participates in redox reactions, it is useful for the formation of collagen and tissue repair, cooperates use of carbohydrates, the synthesis of fats and proteins, the conservation and integrity of blood vessels. Acts synergistically with vitamin A and B vitamins anti-free radical action.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin or Vitamin PP Pellagra Preventing) is the amide of nicotinic acid with too many vitamins. The niacin is required for the synthesis of NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) and NADP of (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate) that are required for oxidation-reduction reactions. Vitamin B3 contributes to the synthesis of DNA and helps to draw energy from the food and is synergistic vitamins of the B group, through regular metabolic functions.
