A bra conversion kit is included so you can convert your nursing bra to a 'regular bra' once your nursing journey is complete. NOTE: Please refer to the size chart in each product image gallery. SIZE YOURSELF -> STEP 1: For your band size, measure above the breast with the tape snug and parallel to the floor. STEP 2: For your cup measurement, measure along the fullest part of your breasts, not too tightly, and press down between them. STEP 3: Subtract your band size from your cup measurement. The difference represents your letter cup size (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, etc.).
