Oh, you don't think that's a good idea? Well this note from an ergonomics expert begs to differ. See, he thinks I'm spending too much time sitting down. Sure, maybe you're not supposed to use it ALL DAY, but it does counter the effects of too many hours spent sitting, standing, or moving repetitively by decompressing and elongating your body. And what's more, I can use it to do crunches or sit-ups without straining my back!
And Craig, if you think I'm crazy, just walk into any of the hottest tech companies in Tokyo. Seriously, you'll see EVERYONE working upside down! Technically speaking, at least, you know, since Japan is on the other side of the world, but that still counts.
