Great twister arm trainer

I recently brought the TWISTER ARM TRAINER and I am really impressed with it. The build quality feels durable and the resistance is just fit to challenge the arms, shoulders and chest. The most improtant thing is that its compact and easy to use at hime so that I can get a quick workout setup without needing a lot of space or extra equipment. Just after few sessionI could already feel the burn in my muscles. So highly recommended!!!

There is only one workout its works for. Which is squeezing between your chest. It doesn't work for bicep because of limited range. It is just not for me.
