Convenient way to add weight to your workout

I got this weight vest in the 10 pound size and I like it. I can wear it for hours and add exercise throughout the day. The pack is very slim and it fits easily around the shoulders. The vest does not restrict motion at all. I wish there were a way to add more weight to it, but this lack of bells and whistles is what makes the vest so compact. I do wish there were a way to move the top chest strap up and down because it is just too close to my throat, right at the top of my chest. Some people might find this vest quite constricting as it is.
