First day and feeling the difference!

I just purchased this vibration plate yesterday, and I am already impressed with its performance! It’s super easy to set up and use. The vibrations are strong but not uncomfortable, and I can feel it working my muscles right away. It’s great for a full-body workout and perfect for toning and shaping. I’m excited to see the results after using it regularly. The build is sturdy, and it has a sleek design that fits perfectly in my home gym. Highly recommend it!

Decent but wouldn’t recommend

The reviews definitely deceived me. First of all, the acupuncture feature is super uncomfortable! Compared to the other vibration plates I’ve used, this one is nowhere near as effective. It’s doing a lot of vibrating but not providing much relief. I also hate how the buttons are on top. Makes it very difficult if you want to sit or lay on it to try other positions for your hips and back, it’s so easy to hit the buttons and power it off or down. Very frustrating and annoying. Feel like I wasted my money for sure. Would not recommend buying it. I’m giving 2 stars because yes it does provide some relief but nowhere near in comparison to others I’ve tried. The reviews have overhyped this product. Was a let down for me.
