Extra workout while working

I absolutely love this treadmill! It’s compact, quiet, and easy to set up right out of the box. The incline feature adds a great challenge for workouts, and the Bluetooth speaker is a fun bonus for listening to music or podcasts while walking. I use it both while working at my desk and for light jogging sessions, and it’s made staying active so much easier. The LED screen is bright and easy to read, and I appreciate how sturdy it feels even at higher inclines. Definitely worth every penny—great quality and design!

Ok just got it and took my first 3.4 mph hour long walk and here are some things I noticed. 1) No way anyone bigger than 5’2 150 lbs can walk on this comfortably, this thing is compact. 2) if you’re a naturally fast walker you will not be able to jog on it, fastest speed is just a fast walk. 3) really wish it had a emergency stop or even pause button but it doesn’t so if you need to stop or catch yourself you basically just have to jump off. 4) we’ll see how it lasts, I’m hoping it will but seeing how hot it got just from my first walk I don’t see longevity with this machine.
