Perfect for WFH – Quiet, Compact, and Gets You Moving!
By Stefan on Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2025
We've been using the FINEHORSE Walking Pad Treadmill with Auto Incline as part of our work-from-home setup, and it's been a game-changer. Paired with a standing desk, it lets us walk while working without missing a beat. One of the standout features is how quiet it is. You can easily take conference calls or focus on tasks while walking—no distracting motor noise in the background. It's smooth, stable, and doesn’t wobble, even during longer walking sessions. The compact design and portability are also big wins. It slides under furniture easily when not in use, and the 6-in-1 incline levels give just enough variety to keep things interesting without overcomplicating it. We use it several times a week, and it's really helped us stay active during long days of remote work. If you’re looking for a solid under-desk treadmill that won’t disturb your meetings or clutter your space, this one’s worth it.

Buyer beware - no customer service/support if something goes wrong
By Ashley Reed on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2025
This deserves a big buyer beware sign. I also originally thought this was a great product. I got it first to help with a surgery recovery but planned on it being part of my workout routine. I used it less than 10 times and the remote broke. The sensor light was working so I knew it wasn’t battery-related but replaced it anyway to be safe (twice) and still same issue. I’ve been reaching out to the company about getting a replacement remote for over and month and NO REPLY (the email address is a Gmail so first red flag as I started trying). There hasn’t even been an acknowledgement that they received the request. I’m now stuck with an over-priced walking pad that I can’t use other than at the speed/incline I can hop on and off of it with. There’s no way to change speed or incline in-use. It’s a huge waste of money and extremely disappointing considering replacing the remote could be an easy fix if a customer service department existed. I agree that this could be a great product, but the risk is getting some form of a faulty version like I did and being stuck with it. In my opinion that makes it not worth choosing this brand/company. If I could go back I definitely wouldn’t!
