I bought this rowing machine for cardio and muscle building and it absolutely delivers! This product is very easy to assemble with a pretty sturdy rope and handle which is already assembled within the machine. There are 8 levels on the machine which offers a wide range of resistance and makes it great for beginners or people with experience. The machine is very quiet and doesn’t take up too much space in the living room which is good if I want to work out early in the morning. Additionally, you can adjust the seats by sliding which fixes height difference for whoever is using it without unscrewing and screwing things back in. The product is definitely worth trying for its value if you are into losing weight or building muscle in your arms or shoulders!

good for the price

I got this rowing machine because I wanted something affordable but also sturdy for starting my home gym after using it for some months, I have only have small complaints. The rowing machine does move when I pull it but we just put a heavy kettlebell in front of it. pros: compact, good size, and easy to move. cons: the foot strap comes off and is annoying to fix, the machine does move when using comparison: overall:
