Best Bang For the Buck

After a lot of research I ordered this chair. I needed something to get around trade shows with and couldn't spend the 5 thousand like my brother did for the same reason also his chair weighs 90lbs and i am no longer able to lift that much. I was a little apprehesive considering the low price but gave it a try and I am glad I did. I am 5'10" and weigh 200lbs and I can sit comfortably in the chair which is rated for 220lbs. It operates flawlessly and on residential streets for a test run I can get 5.5 miles on a charge. The multiple speed selector is great and the joystick controler becomes intuitive quickly. One of the best parts is it folds in 5 seconds and with ti's slightly over 30lb weight is no problem for me to load in the back of my Subaru Forester. Construction and materials are good and this should last a long time.

Looks great but doesn't work!

Pretty chair, but after setting it up & charging the batteries, following the manual to the letter & troubleshooting per their website...the damn thing won't power up. The battery light turns on, but then the control panel won't turn on at all. So, immediately my father sits disappointed & once again left with a piece of crap that got his hopes of getting out of the house up only to crash right down. THANKS A LOT! Tried to contact their "dedicated support" only to find out they only keep Pacific weekday hours. Not so dedicated to supporting their disabled customers who bought into the hype. Extremely sad to watch his spirit just get wrecked when I had to tell him we couldn't make it work.
