Hover-1 Ranger Hoverboard

I recently ordered this product because it was on sale, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. When I received the package, I was eager to try it out. However, the excitement quickly turned to frustration. After opening the box and attempting to start the device, I found that it wouldn't turn on. I followed all the troubleshooting steps outlined in the manual, but nothing worked. Suspecting the battery might be dead, I connected the device to the charger and let it charge for a full 10 hours. Despite this lengthy charging period, the device still failed to turn on. This was extremely frustrating, as I had high hopes for this product based on the description and reviews. To make matters worse, the device appeared to have been pre-used or possibly even returned by a previous customer. There were subtle signs of wear and tear that indicated it was not brand new. This raised my suspicions that the company might be offloading defective or returned items during their sale. It feels like the company doesn't care about the quality of the products they're selling, nor about the satisfaction of their customers. This experience has left me with the impression that they are more interested in clearing out non-functional stock than in providing a reliable product. I strongly advise against purchasing this item. Save yourself the trouble and frustration, and look elsewhere for a product that actually works.
