Kiaitre Collapsible LW Trekking Poles

These poles are tough! I highly recommend these above any of the more expensive brands. My daughter and I have clocked 200 miles with these on the PCT (Pacific Crest Trail) and they are holding up amazingly well! Best lightweight poles I’ve ever used. We use these for trekking and as well as for giving structure to our Durston tent. We flew with these on the outside of our packs twice and they stayed in tact. I also slid down a snow patch while hiking and one of my poles sunk a couple feet into the snow and bent under my weight. They kept me in place so I didn’t slide further down the slope and they didn’t snap under the pressure. I was able to bend the one pole back and you can’t even see that it had any damage. We’ve ascended and descended thousands of feet with heavy backpacks, navigated blowdowns, and relied on these for balance throughout our trek so far. We’ve hiked on rock, soft dirt, snow, through streams, sand, and even road walked with them and no issues so far. They are so well priced I am getting 2 more pair for backup’s, although I don’t think I’ll need them. Please don’t let the reviews of people having issues collapsing or assembling the poles discourage you, it seems more likely to be user error as they are tricky to figure out at first but makes total sense one you understand how to configure them.
