Great cold weather balls
By Mahdi on Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2024
These are great for the cold weather as they do not crack. I only use these balls when the weather is below 50 F. The're are lighter and a bit bouncier than the standard franklins. Heavily used ones will lose their spherical shape but ever so slightly, so they're still playable and definitely better than a cracked franklin ball which I refuse to use in the cold.

Inconsistent Bounce and Short Life
By R. Zimmerman on Reviewed in the United States on December 9, 2024
Recently used these balls during a WPT tournament. The are lighter in weight and thinner than the more popular Franklin X-40. That in and of itself wouldn't be a huge problem, as you could get used to the difference in play. However, they also do not last nearly as long as the X-40s and, more importantly, the bounce is very inconsistent. You can drop the ball from waist height and the ball will not always bounce straight back up. Very frustrating to play, not knowing what direction the ball will take after the bounce. I am familiar with spin induced bounce, this isn't that.
