Skechers Women's Go Walk 7 Slip-In, 6.5

Usually wear 8.0 M shoe with medium thick ankle/sneaker socks. 8.0 M ended up being too cramped, painful, around the forefoot big toe joint, laterally and vertically in width and space. Wasn't sure, perhaps different fit and feel of these slip ons...so replaced with 8.5M which proved to be overly loose at heel slipping and rubbing, with foot sliding forward and top of shoe cutting into front of ankle. I returned it for 8.0W which was a slight improvement but also too loose in the heel and on the foot when walking...foot pulled out. So I gave one more try, 7.5 W, because the shoe is attractive and feels sturdy, supportive. It took a bit of 'breaking in' the hard, stiff step in heel that irritated the outer side of my heel/ankle. The shoe really is easy, convenient to slip on!
