BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT. Gun stuck in safe

This product worked well for about 2 months. One day I tried to open it and it tried to but it was stuck closed. Moving it around it sounds like something came loose on the inside and is rolling around in the bottom. Very upset about this as I was hoping to long term use. I have not been able to figure out how to contact the manufacturer at all and they have no real website or customer service.
