Fitvids Pre-Assembled Adjustable Stair Stepper

Based on others' reviews, I was expecting this little stepper to be sufficient for my needs and not too expensive. However, I was still surprised by just how effective it is. It was extremely easy to put together and provides a good cardio workout. It won't give the range that a professional level piece of equipment will, but your legs will still complain (a lot!) and your body will still get hot. Plus, the fact it doesn't have hand-holds means you'll get a balance workout, as well! Since I'm easing back into daily exercise, it's perfect for my needs. Over the last month I've gone from barely making it three minutes to going 11 minutes before my legs start feeling like jelly. Little victories! Also, it fits under a chair, so I can keep it stowed when not in use, which is very convenient.
