Great tent for family camping; integrated bag is really convienent
By auburnbulldog on Reviewed in the United States on May 22, 2021
I purchased this tent for a family campout and it worked great. Plenty of storage pockets inside and I really liked the all-screen upper and huge rain fly. No issues during our trip. I looked around quite a bit and this seemed like a good compromise between hardcore/backpacking and gigantic/heavy car tent.Likes:+ all screen upper - we are in TX so the heat can be somewhat intense+ very roomy inside+ huge rain fly - covers the tent almost down to the ground so should hold up against heavy rains. Also extends out from both doors to make a big covered area on each side, great for leaving your shoes, etc... outside and keeping dry/no dew in the morning+ very easy to put up - two people make it easier but one can without difficulty+ integrated bag MUCH easier to use than if separate. Rolling up into the bag and clipping the straps made storing the tent super quick. Nothing worse than desperately looking for a separate tent bag and wondering if lost, then never quite getting the thing rolled up to easily fit - integrated bag eliminates both of theseDislikes+ not much to say here other than it's a little big and maybe a bit too heavy for backpackingOther- I was not able to find a footprint for the tent so ordered a tarp slightly smaller than the tent. This is key as you want water to go under the tarp, not the tent

tent leaks
By Marlene H. on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2024
really wanted to like this tent, but its pretty bad. got some rain the very first night and the tent leaked. water seeped through the seams and dripped inside. woke up to a soggy sleeping bag and multiple puddles inside the tent. had to cover the tent with a tarp to keep dry. couldn't believe it. hate the door. it's not very user friendly. the way it opens is a bad design and the zipper gets easily stuck. also, the material is really light weight and not very durable. after a few trips, the tent already has multiple holes in it. no idea how the got there since i am really careful with my gear. won't even take it out anymore.
