Great product but could use better packaging

I ordered this wall mounted rack for the price. It is very well made the material are solid and looks awsome. However when it arrived the box was damaged and some bolts and washers were missing. The rack had several scratches and paint chips. My main issue is the bottom wall mount it seem warped but hopefully it will hold up when its bolted. Overall for the price you cant beat it.
