Hardware was missing (Update below)
By Caleb L. on Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2023
The box was destroyed upon delivery. Delivered via ups. Tape and tons of plastic banding were used to try to secure what was left of the box. When I opened it up the hardware packages were ripped open, hardware everywhere missing some of it. Had to go to Menards to get the rest of what I needed to assemble. With that being said the trampoline it self seems sturdy set up is a pain. 2 person job at minimum. Directions are vague the parts aren’t labeled with a sticker to indicate what you’re looking for while the directions say connect part F to part G. You’ll need a 10mm wrench or socket to help make assembly quicker. Once completed it seems nice time will tell. Okay so update the company, Liyarya, reached out to me and replaced the whole trampoline due to the missing and damaged parts. The new box came in almost perfect shape. All the hardware was in the packaging and there. No damage to anything and the customer service was beyond terrific. They actually reached out to me just because they saw my post I never attempted to contact them. The new trampoline is set up super sturdy the ladder is a huge advantage for the kids. The assembly process was actually really smooth and easy with just 2 people this time around with the proper parts and nothing being damaged. The structure is strong and the paint on the framing will definitely help deter rust for years.
