It charges my phone fast
By Kris G on Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2023
Well the flashlight does not work on mine but I didn't buy it for that. I needed a good power bank that wouldn't go dead sitting in my purse. What I love about this one is the solar option. I just use a longer cord as to keep my phone out of the sun. And it's charging while charging! I get about 2 full charges. I use my C-USB to charge it that came from Samsung and it charges pretty quick. Overall very happy with it. The flashlight was a neat option that doesn't work but like I said... that's not what I bought it for.

Totally useless - couldn't even charge a tablet 25% one time
By Henry IV on Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2023
Absolutely useless except as a paperweight. I charged it to full using a wall charger before a brief trip the day after getting it, and the string of charge indicator lights were "all the way across" meaning it should have had its advertised 38,000+ mAh of battery charge in it. My tablet's maximum battery capacity is ~9600 mAh, and my phone's is 5000 mAh, so according to the manufacturer's supposed specs this hunk of junk should have been able to charge my tablet from empty to full around 4 times, and my phone around 7 times. On the trip I used this craptastic battery pack to first charge my tablet, beginning when the tablet was down to about 40% left. I put it in my backpack connected to the tablet's port with the USB-C cable and left it for about an hour; when I took it and the tablet out of the bag it was still connected, but I could see that the tablet wasn't charging anymore, and was only at about 65% charged. I checked the battery pack, and it was dead. Empty. 0 mAh remaining, it wouldn't even register with my phone or tablet as a charging source nor would its bizarre-shaped LEDs turn on anymore either. Kaput. I tried parking it on the dashboard of my rental car for over an hour drive in mid-day clear skies, soaking up sunlight, to see if the solar cells would give any electricity to its battery cells. Upon taking it down around 80 minutes later, it was nice and warm... but only the first light in the string of charge status lights was on, and upon plugging it into my phone it charged the phone for around 5% then was dead again. So, based on some rough math, if it charged a 9600 mAh battery by ~25% while that device wasn't even being used, that means it only provided ~2400 mAh of charge, or 6.2% of what it is claimed to be able to provide, after being charged fully via a wall charger - and after over an hour in sunlight only gave 5% to my phone as well. Which makes this thing totally useless for charging anything even a single time with a battery larger than what you'd find in a Samsung phone from literally 10 years ago. Returned, with prejudice.
