Not what was advertised

I have this same model that I bought from best buy. I wanted the same one for my wife. I purchased this one from amazon. It looks the same but it does not get the advertised 23.6 range and 18.9 mph. The range is under 10 miles and 15 mph. I reached out without resolve. Not happy.
