Cat eyes bike lights
By Dave Pirtle on Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2025
I was very disappointed when I received the bike lights and the batteries were not rechargeable or USB C. That is the current standard. Regardless in stallion of the front and rear lights was simple and it appears the brackets they use will fit most , if not all bikes . The front beam is narrow compared to other bike lights I have used like the Ascher. The beam is however bright enough for riding at night in lighted or even semi lighted streets and bike paths. It runs on 2 AA batteries. The rear light has 3 settings: standard red light , flashing red and pulsing red. It runs on 2 AAA batteries. All in all the value of this package is in the rear red light and the brackets. But I wouldn't recommend the head light. Go with something brighter for safety.

Headlight is not bright enough, way to dim and its a small blue circle.

Taillight is a clamp mount and angle adjustable which is a must for a seat post. Not a rubber band mount that is prone to snap. Overall, the taillight is awesome and good quality. The "headlight" leaves much to be desired. The light is a small blue circle and not bright enough to light up the street. I think it should be called a safety light versus a headlight. If you're expecting the headlight to light up the road not going to happen. It's probably good to just to say you have a front mount light. I would be very careful relying on it to light up what's in front of you as that can cause a very dangerous situation expecting to see whats in front of you on the road, rocks, debris, speed bumps or sidewalk curbs. I returned the taillight/headlight combo for a refund and just ordered the taillight separately.
