This item is very poorly designed and unusable.1) Unstable and rocking once assembled.2) Back support pad is in a very awkward forward position that cannot be adjusted correctly.3) Lower cross-bar bashes into your calves at the bottom each knee-bend.For the price you get 50 pounds of metal that must be disassembled, repackaged, and returned after one attempted use.
