I was on the fence about this initially, given I was more looking for something to relieve stress/tension from sitting at my desk all day. That said, I’m glad I bought it, because it works really well! Essentially, it’s functionally similar to resistance bands with an inverse motion. So, whatever tension I can’t alleviate with bands, I’m able to with this, and vice versa. I’ve been using it for core workouts lately, to improve my posture, and it has noticeably helped. I shopped around for similar products quite a bit before I bought this, and considering the price and quality, I’m glad I landed on this one.
