Plate works Great!

It's very powerful and sturdy. My husband is 250LBs and the vibrations works great for his weight. it is easy to increase or decrease the workout length and intensity. Because of the different setting and low impact, he was able to use as part of the recovery from a back surgery. The plate is not too noisy, and light enough to move to any room in the house to watch TV while using. Seems to help with my circulation in legs.

Fair plate to try it out, but would not recommend

I’ve been using the vibration plate almost daily for about 3 weeks. Pros: good starter plate to see if you like using due to low price. Cons: remote doesn’t work correctly Plate is a bit small, if you have big feet, then definitely don’t get. But I would recommend looking at plate dimensions before buying one and get a bigger plate I can’t seem to get manual mode to work at all There are nubs and studs in the plate where I suppose your feet should be. They are definitely uncomfortable if in bare feet. If sitting on the plate, it’s easy to accidentally turn the machine off, possibly due to the plate being small. I didn’t feel like sending back but I would definitely recommend getting a different plate.
