I had a bit of difficulty having this item delivered to me, it was missed place, but arrived a week later, i don't think this a permanent problem. First let me say after a week of researching benches, this one i fell in love with, and when i finally received it, i fell in love again, this thing is a beast of a bench, the simple design makes it very easy to put together and to use. When you go online to research this bench, there's little to no information about the bench, very strange indeed. I would give this bench 10 stars if i could,they don't allow it, so I'm giving it 10 stars. I have provided pics, in those pics you can see the frame is almost 5inchs X 2 1/2. All materials are thick metal except the awesome thick sturdy cushions and the foot rest. I do not know why the company responsible building this bench, do not make more of this it available to the public. It came partially together, the only thing i needed to do is hook up the front peice of frame, the back and front rest and the leg cushions. Like everything else in this life, nothing is perfect, i did find two not so big of deal faults with this item, 1- the seat adjustment pull pin does not go all the way through, it goes most of the way but not enough for the ball on the pin to pop up, so there's a safety issue, i can always buy a longer pin, 2- the bolt that connects the lower foot rest is either too big or the holes are too small, this too i can fix by buying a smaller bolt that fits, these 2 MINOR problems that can be rectified. It set me back another 20 bucks but even with the price of the bench and another 20, its still well worth it. I was not offered anything in return for my review, infact you can't even contact the company, i went online but did not find anyway to make contact. The bench is so well built and everything fits tightly together and streamlined. I'm providing this review 2 weeks after receiving this item, so far what i have seen, this bench can take hard and tuff workouts. Like i said at the start this bench is a beast and will last a long time, highly recommended.

Hole in seat, pin won't go all the way through slot for height adjustment

Pin to adjust seat height only fits in the bottom position and it cannot be adjusted. It came with a hole poked in tothe seat, to which they gave me the option of a $20 discount or returning the product. The directions did not tell you how to build anything that connects to the actual bench part that you lay on or the seat. I just figured it out with the rest of the pieces I had left. Other than those 3 problems it's a great bench very sturdy. The seat not being adjustable because of it not fitting correctly is a major downside. Too much of an ordeal to take it apart, ship it off, wait for a new one, build it and hope that that one works correctly and doesn't have holes in the seat so I'll use it for a few years as is then I won't be ordering from them again. Had big problems with the junk squat cage I got from them also. Bench is better than the squat cage. I wanted them to Match so I even payed extra instead of getting a different product, which I regret. O ya and I had to buy a "bench barrier" to prevent the hole from growing. That is a great product but overpriced significant
