Maui Jim Island Eyes Unisex Polarized Sunglasses

These Island Eyes Sunglasses serve as my introduction to the Maui Jim brand. I'm impressed! My first impression of these sunglasses was informed by their packaging. The sunglasses come in a branded cardboard box and include a black case that unfolds. These are nicely presented but for the price, I'd prefer a more protective zippered case. I'm a very outdoorsy person with light eyes who lives in the high desert - sunglasses with lots of protection are a must for me. Polarization is also a must for me to reduce glare - very happy that these have that feature. I chose the "Gold/Hcl Bronze Polarized" color and I love the look. The tortoise paired with the gold makes for a very classic style. Not one for overt branding, I'm happy that these have very subtle gold "Maui Jim" lettering on the top of the right lens. In terms of fit, I'm a woman with a small head and high cheekbones. I often find eyewear difficult to fit. These are described as having a lens width of 50mm which is quite diminutive and suits my face well. These sunglasses are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I'm really happy with these Island Eyes Sunglasses from Maui Jim and highly recommend them!
