Cable separating isssue!

Hate to be a bad review but I really wasn’t disappointed in the crossbow but after about 30 shots I notice(pictures included) the cables are starting to separate. Bought on September 13 and registered it I have tried numerous times to contact them by phone and all you get is a recording saying they are experiencing more call than usual. I can understand why they have an issue. Sent a email and they respond they would have someone check into it. Four emails later no response. Very disappointing customer service on what could be a simple fix. If anyone can help me please do.
