****Caro from the C&J Support Team**** I want to thank Caro for making this right for my daughter. He was in constant communication with me once this post was posted and wanted to send me a new hoverboard for my daughter. Guess what he did! It's a different color—it's pink—but my daughter absolutely loves it and hasn't stopped riding it since she received the new one in the mail. I would've updated my review a lot sooner, but I had some life things come up that I had to tend to. So please give this company a chance. My purchase might've been just a defective one, and it was not the company's fault. Thank you again for your dedication to making things right. It didn't go unnoticed; take care. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ I purchased this item for my daughter as a Christmas present, she had experience with riding a hoverboard, I purchased one from her the previous year from another retailer. My daughter is 11yo and was super excited to ride this one because it had lights and blue tooth capabilities. I noticed early on that it didn't hold the charge as long as her last one but she was still able to ride it and she liked it. However mid February it stopped working all together and unfortunately I have missed the deadline to get a replacement. I'm not sure if the seller or the manufacturer will honor a replacement. I'm also wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they have done to fix it or did you just decide to trash it? Please let me know because my daughter loved her hoverboard and is disappointed that she's been unable to ride it for over a month.

I think I’ve had 3 of these in total and they’ve all broke down. Do not buy!!!
