Depends what your looking for
By Joy on Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2021
Pros: affordable, light weight, no assembly required Cons: light weight so you can’t go very fast because it’ll come up off the ground and tilt back and forth I bought this for under my desk, I’m at a graduate student sitting at my computer for 12 hours a day and needed to incorporate some form of activity. This is nice to help keep my legs moving and blood flowing. If you are using this mildly or for older persons trying to keep up movement this is a great choice for the price. If you are looking for more of a workout this probably isn’t for you. Overall it works great for what I needed.

Functional for range of motion
By JMUUVA on Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2022
Easy to set up and fold up. Love the non slip mat. Counter quit working after 2 months. Great for after total knee replacement to achieve more range of motion. Still use after 3.5 months for warming up before daily stretching. Knob to increase difficulty poorly threaded. Not bad for the $.
