No issues with it. It helps to have an extra set of hands but not impossible to set up alone. Everything fits back into the bag nicely.

Just get the big tent

Bought this 7x7 to use at my kids soccer games. Easy to set up just like my 13x13 from Costco. But the pack down size isn't much smaller. The weight is a little lighter then the bigger tent as you would assume. But I would rather just bring the big tent since the set up time is identical and the hassel of bring it out is the same for me. If you need something to cover a smaller space this works but if not stick with the 13x13.
