Damaged 10lb Plate, Missing Barbell Clamps, Otherwise Good Set

So I have worked with these once and I did enjoy the workout but I found out that one 10lb plate was damaged so it doesn’t slide onto the barbell with ease and it gets stuck on the barbell. Also the barbell clamps were not delivered with my order. I wanted to contact the seller but been having issues doing so, I would love for them to reach out to me so can resolve this without sending the entire set back.
