Nightstick TSM-14G Sub-Compact Light

The Nightstick TSM-14G has 2 switches (one on each side). Using common sense, you would think they would use one switch to turn on the laser and the other switch to turn on the light. But that's not how it works. Both switches act as a single button. The user has to configure the device so that when either button is depressed it results in one of the following: 1. Laser turns on. 2. Light turns on. 3. Laser and light turns on. That of course means in an emergency you can not make the decision on the fly. Moreover, in using it, I find occasionally the configuration changes on its own. This makes it even more unreliable as a tool to use in an emergency. Another major issue is that it has too much wiggle room at the points where it connects to the gun. That means after adjusting the laser for accuracy, you can ruin the adjustments just by wiggling the device. At a 25 yard target you can wiggle the device and have it settle about 2 inches to the left or right of center. I wouldn't want the TSM-14G even if someone gave it to me free. I do NOT recommend this purchase.
