Mine was missing the fin - Hurley SUP customer service did not respond

My Hurley SUP arrived with a damaged box and it was missing the us standard fin. I emailed Hurley and asked if they could send a fin since my only option dealing through Amazon was to return everything and repurchase which seemed wasteful. They directed me to their SUP warranty and I received no response. In the end I just purchased a fin on Amazon to speed things up as I wanted to use the board. The board is nice but I’m not super pleased with Hurleys customer service - hope nothing else goes wrong with the setup.
