Holds up nice
By John McF on Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2025
I had my doubts at first when I bought this, mainly because of a defective slider I got from eBay. But after the first shot on the range hit on target, I giggled like a school girl before emptying 50 rounds down range. I put this on my glock 48 It's still holding up and ready for me again. Thanks, guys!

Update, no longer the best optic for the Shield Plus
By Ratheon on Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2022
4/13/23 Finally received my replacement micro rad. Not the best experience. 3/30/23 Sent another follow up email. Not one response since my initial email for warranty on the cracked glass. So maybe they really don't have a warranty. 3/25/23. Sent another follow up email. No response yet. Update 3/21/23, have not heard back from CT customer service. I sent in my warranty request with picture and documentation on the 12th. Sent a follow up email on Sunday the 19th. No response. So much for the warranty. Your mileage may vary, but definitely not buying another CT product. Update 3/12/23, the glass cracked on the bottom right corner. The gun has never been droppped. I have put about 400 rounds through the gun. Pretty disappointed! I wouldn't trust this red dot. Look elsewhere. I have other dots with several thousand rounds and they are perfect. So, I purchased the green version of the standard RAD. I think this is a complete fail on CT. It is not very bright and pretty unuseable. That being said, I loved the footprint for the M&P shield plus. Doesn't hang over the side and is sleek and works really well with that gun. It co-witneses the shield plus sights perfect with the standard night sights. I then tried the regular red dot version. What a difference, such a better experience. I have tried to go green for my astigmatism, but I honestly haven't noticed that much difference between the two. Anyway, if you buy this optic, buy the red version. This really is an amazing optic. I hope at some point CT will release a ipx7 water resistant version.
