Great workout device

Love this easy to use all-in-one gym. Has a nice workout poster as well as the various straps. Customizable to adapt to any body type. Ultra compact and transportable. Before you buy make sure you have a mounting point that is stable, does not move, and supports your weight. If you choose to use a door or other mounts make sure you check to see if that area is strong enough to handle your weight. We use the GO when we travel. You can use it for strength training as well as maintaining your range of motion and flexibility. It's a high quality product and a very well thought out mini gym.

Not the quality product it is to be

I had a TRX before that I had for approximately 10 years and used it all the time until the steel adjuster piece broke. All I can say is once I received the new one, they are not built like they use to be. the new one I received is so flimsy and set next to each other to compare you can see how much sturdier they were made in the past. the new one is so cheaply constructed I'm afraid to use it.
