Levi's Women's 724 High Rise Crop Jeans

Levi's are fantastic, right! Unfortunately this pair we're a bit of a tragic comedy. We selected the size based off measurements from the manufacturer and the intended wearer... Smooth. Only that's where it all went South. On arrival the intended recipient tried them on and it was a bit of a comedic horror show. The high waist was at the top of her hip bone(hardly what the model presents). The legs ended at a Capri vs crop ankle, again, not what the model shows. Clincher... The distressed holes that are shown at the knees were well onto her lower thigh. It's not like this is an incredibly tall female attempting to fit into a petite pair, she's 5'6"! This is the second time we've attempted to buy Levi's online and had it backfire on her. Very depressing. We also had difficulty making the return as the option to return at Whole Foods was no longer available and the link to find locations for both Kohl's and UPS we're nearly impossible to bring up. It literally took 3 days of trying over a week to actually get a confirmation of a return site. Amazon, please look into this customer service issue! 3 stars for high quality fabric -2 stars for completely inaccurate fit and sizing chart and difficulty finding participating return site.
