Terrible Shipment

The box I received was torn and the sleeves inside were all torn open. Had only 11 of 12 balls inside and half of the balls inside were old used balls of other brands. I tried to return these but the website instructed me to contact the manufacturer, which I did. TaylorMade made things right by sending me a new box. This box should never have been shipped out in the first place.
