Great product - make sure you check the CAL/day-person on these types of things. This was the most CAL/day I could find.

This product is a ready mix product meaning just add to a pan of water then cook as instructed, I ate this product and you have cookware and something to eat on and eat with. Serving size is about 6-8 servings so feeds enough people but tastes wise is a 2, like I say it’s not fresh produce or gourmet so don’t judge but eating Mountain house meals doesn’t compare to this.
