LifePro Vibration Plate Exercise Machine

I just use it on the lowest speeds and for no more than four minutes at a time. I find that it has reduced the heavy feeling in my legs after a workout or after sitting for long periods of time. Using it prior to a workout or prior to sitting or standing for long periods of time allows me to sit or stand for a longer period than I would have been able to had I not used the Turbo Press. Obviously, it helps with circulation in ways that I cannot reproduce with traditional cardio or resistance training. I find it is also good for gently increasing flexibility and good for relaxation. I like the wearable wrist remote control so I can turn the machine on once I am standing on it without having to bend over or squat down to the controls on the plate. At the time I purchased, this was the best deal for the most accessories with a plate that had the oscillating and vertical vibration. I like that I can customize my mode of vibration, speed/frequency, and time. I look forward to learning more about this machine in the future. There is a cosmetic imperfection to the left of the power button on my plate, but, so far, I have had zero problems with it and everything is functioning well.
