These are the most comfortable dress/casual shoes I’ve ever owned! I wear a 5.5 in flats, and the 5.5 I ordered fit like a glove! No heal rubbing, super soft leather, and spongy/comfy insoles. Lots of reviews here stating these are too narrow & small; that was not the case for me. I have average width feet, and didn’t find them too narrow. I’d highly, highly recommend, and I’m considering purchasing another pair in brown!

These shoes are cheap garbage.

I have worn these shoes only a handful of times and the fake leather material that they're made out of has cracked in several places already. I'm not sure if these are fake Cole Haan shoes being sold by a criminal Amazon distributor or if these Cole Haan shoes are just simply garbage, but do not waste your money. Unfortunately I'm writing this review a few days after the 30-day return window ended, so I'm not sure what my recourse is now. Pure junk!
