Not the shoe I ordered before

I've had these issues over the years, maybe three times twice from Amazon. My last order with Amazon was maybe two years ago, but I wear those shoes all the time and just re-ordered the exact same pair.. the first pair that arrived were nothing like the originals and the second pair was closer and I'm keeping them because I need them for a vacation, but they're not the same fit at all. They write up on my ankles and irritate my ankle bone. I don't know what else to do.
