Another husbandly purchase. He’s happy as a clam with the camera although he has a bunch. Seems very satisfied with the quality as he is watching deer & wildlife almost continuously at this time of the year.

Replaced 3 times. I'm done. I will never buy this Brand Again.

I have replaced my camera 3 times. Each time I set it up it would work for a few days or a month and then stop sending me pictures. I would drive two hours to my deer lease to trouble shoot the camera. Each time I would have to call technical support. Sometimes they would make me wait for an indefinite period for their server to reset it. Or I went through the return process which is a PITA. The last time was a breeze. I called technical support and they had me try a few things... nothing worked so the sent me a new camera and I had to pay UPS to send the old one back. This camera looked brand new in the box. I set it up at home to make sure it worked. Once I saw it was working I drove it out to the deer lease and set it up. I got a few pictures and then within days it stopped working again. I drove back out there and retrieved it again. This time I do not have the time or energy to contact technical support again. My friends have Spypoint and Moultrie and are not experiencing any of these issues. Even if customer support was great,, unless they are going to drive out to my deer lease and set the camera up for me it just isn't worth it for my time and fuel. Good by Muddy, best of luck.
