Great addition to my yoga practice!

I am practicing therapeutic yoga every day. These blocks are exactly I need for plank positions: sturdy enough to hold some intricate movements and heavy enough to give me great exercise for my shoulders and hands when I use them for weight lifting purposes.

Cork began crumbling after minimal use

I really liked this block when it first arrived. Seemed very sturdy and of good quality. However after a couple weeks, I noticed there was a small chunk on the side where the cork had started to crumble. I had only had the block a handful of times for support during yoga, so was really disappointed to see that it wasn't holding up. Unfortunately had to return it.
