Unable to use this ( 1" ) black bar. Unfortunately its not and the coupler slides on and off without compressing the spring with the black tabs...I have ordered a different style lamp to try and salvage this sub par bar.....also when you use the bar on a cage, you will have an issue with the weights hitting the support bracket.
