On the description on the Amazon product page it says ankle and arch compression. In reality, and if you check Adidas' official site, it is compression everywhere. I bought these solely thinking they're only ankle and arch compression, which would work for my weakened left leg. But as whole foot/leg compression they are difficult to get on, even though they'd work for my orthotic length-wise. The summary description needs to be fixed to match the actual product. Also, with these actually seem like over-the-knee socks for those on the low or mid ensd of the size charts, not over-the-calf even though I'm right in the middle of the large size range, they go over the knee. Not everyone with a size 11 foot is over 6-feet tall. Yeesh.
