Best wagon out there!

This is the school bus of wagons! I use a wagon for all of my business needs and this is the winner!!! Easy to clean, utilize & so sturdy! It holds all of my work things with no issues, turns great and super light! It locks as well so it doesn’t move when needed. Super easy, you just take it straight out of the box and you’re good to go!

BEWARE: 50% RESTOCKING FEE for no reason!

BUYER BEWARE: THEY WILL MAKE UP A REASON TO CHARGE YOU FOR A "RESTOCKING FEE" IF YOU RETURN, WHICH IS NOT EVEN DISCLOSED UP FRONT. THEY OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT NOT TO RETURN PRODUCT AND THEN CHARGED US 50% RESTOCKING FEE FOR NO REASON WHEN WE STILL RETURNED THE PRODUCT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY!! Product was okay, though I had higher hopes. Before even opening the box, the chemical smell emanating was unbearable and we had to remove the box to the garage with the door open to just open the box and remove the wagon. The wagon was nice and long, but the wheels were skinny. The handle was the main issue besides the smell. It would not stay in the holder for it and kept falling down even as were were evaluating it. I immediately packaged it up and returned it citing those two reasons in my return note, and then got charged a restocking fee for no reason.
