Huffy 12 Inch Kids Training Wheels Bike

My 2 1/2 yr old grandson loves his bike. We got him the 12”. We can’t believe how heavy duty it is! It’s actually heavy too. Huffy is a great brand anyway….you’ll never go wrong with aHuffy or Schwinn bicycle.

I wanted a trusted name but didn’t want to break the bank on a bike for a kid. This was perfect.

My son loves his bike. The colors were bright and look great. It was easy to assemble with basic tools.

I wanted to like this bike for the aesthetics and the brand. However the bike and pedal kept getting jammed therefore making my child uncomfortable and not confident in her riding ability. She has to keep stopping due to faulty chain and pedal. She also falls alot on it due to her speed and the chain kinking while she rides it. I called Huffy and they said they have never heard of that before but when I went to a forum in regards to Huffy bikes a lot of people had faulty bikes. My daughter essentially said she wanted a new bike that works.

I received the huffy bike yesterday and the front time did not inflate, I assume it is a punctured tube. When I called the customer service about the defective product, I was told they would send out a new tube. Problem: The tire comes fully assemble. NOT piece by piece. So it is Huffy's expectation that: 1) I know how to change a defective bike tube 2) I have the tools to change a defective bike tube 3) And if I do not have the knowledge or the tools, watch a Youtube video to learn how an BUY the tools required to repair the tube. The rest of the bike is fine, which is why I gave this a 3 star. The customer service sucked. Flat out, I should not expend my time and/or money to fix their defect. Poor customer service

I purchased this bike as a gift for my granddaughter, her birthday wasn't until Sept 29th. So she just recently actually started riding it. Shortly after she started riding it, they noticed that the front wheel is bent, but the return window closed Sept 15th. I forgot to say it was a gift when I bought it! Is there anyway to return it now? She can't ride it with a bent wheel. They live in Florida, I live in Michigan.

Bought this as a Christmas Gift for my grandson. Tires are flat and no bolts to hold training wheels on with. Really the 2 stars is for not being able to get in contact with HUFFY. The form they tell you to fill out wont except the Model number on the bike. So it says call this 800 number which I have done countless times and it hangs up on you every time. I realize it's after Christmas and they are probably swamped but there does not seem to be a way of getting in touch.
