I have purchased a few Sunny brand items and have found it to be a reputable seller of exercise equipment! That said, love my new indoor spinner bike. It is reasonably priced, sturdy, balanced, easily assembled and arrived quickly! You get a very smooth and quiet ride (apartment dweller)I recommend this exercise bike.

This was my second Sunny product purchase, the other being an extensions station. I got the bike together with the so-so tools that came with it. Hopped on and it was super quiet - for five minutes. Then this really loud scraping/screeching sound started. I checked the flywheel and it didn't seem to be hitting anything. They include a flyer telling you to contact customer service instead of returning the item. Customer service tells you they don't have technicians to fix broken items, but they will help you figure out what is wrong and direct you to a video on how to fix it. Great, so I'm serving as their unpaid technician to fix the bike that arrived broken. I send them a video of the problem, proof of purchase, etc... All stuff they asked for. The tech tells me he will have to look into sending me a pedal removal tool. I wait. And wait. And wait. I end up taking the casing off to see if the problem was with the pedals. The screws on the pedal wheel were covered in shredded plastic. I rode it like this and noticed the pedals moved left after they warmed up after about five minutes. Problem found. It's been at least a week, maybe two and I haven't heard anything. I write again and include a new photo showing the huge gap by the pedals that shouldn't be there. He responds saying he's waiting for me to tell him what part is missing. He suspects a clip and sends a highlighted diagram. Now I'm annoyed. How the heck am I supposed to know if a clip inside the assembly is missing or broken? He never sent a tool to remove the pedals, there is a very taught belt assembly, and I'm not a technician. I ask him if I'm going to be paid to be their technician. At this point I've had the bike about a month and still can't use it. I decide to ignore his response and just return it. I won't buy anything from Sunny again. Spend a bit more and find a better company with better quality control and better customer service. And maybe one that actually has technicians.
